Kiwi and Banana Smoothie

Serves 1. Prep Time: 5 Minutes. No Cook.

Per serving: 191 calories, 4g fat, .01g sodium, 40g carb, 6g fobre, 25g sugar, 2g protein. 2 SP

Ingredients

· 2 large, ripe kiwi fruit

· ½ large, ripe banana

· 3 tbsp coconut milk

· 3 ice cubes

· 1 tsp honey


Method

1. If your kiwis are very rope, halve them and scoop the flesh out of the skins with a teaspoon. With slightly firmer fruit, slice off the top and bottom then place them on a board and slice off the skin with a sharp knife. Roughly chop the flesh.


2. Put the kiwi flesh in a blender with the banana, coconut milk and ice. Blitz until smooth, adding a little cold water if required. Drizzle with honey and serve.
