It's difficult enough having to eat a coeliac diet without the sudden additional restrictions of a pancreatitis diet.

When I didn't find a resource that made following both a gluten-free coeliac diet and low-fat pancreatitis management easy, I decided to make one.
​
I started working through my favourite cookbooks and switching up the recipes with gluten-free modifications to include low-fat changes, too. All recipes on So, what can I eat? are gluten-free and no more than five grams of fat.
