Honey Pina Colada Smoothie

Serves 1. Prep time: 5 Minutes. No Cook.

Per serving: 120 calories, 3g fat, 0g sodium, 20g carb, 3g fibre, 19g sugar, 2g protein. 2 SP

Ingredients

· 175g freshly prepared ripe pineapple flesh (about ½ medium pineapple)

· 3 tbsp light coconut milk

· 3 ice cubes

· 1 tsp honey


Method

1. Put all the ingredients except honey in a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little very cold water if the smoothie seems to thick.


2. Serve topped with a drizzle of honey.
